Information that is Automatically Collected:

 

We use IP addresses, with the help of business partners, to analyse trends, administer the website, track Devotees’ movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to Personally Identifiable Information.

Information that is Collected by Cookies:

 

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a Devotee’s hard drive containing information about that Devotee. By setting a cookie on our website, the Devotee would not have to log in with a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our website. If a Devotee rejects the cookie, they may still use our website. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our Devotees to enhance the experience on our website.

Information that is Actively Submitted to Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha:

 

In order to avail online facilities from this website, a Devotee may create an account and complete the registration process. During the account creation process, a Devotee must provide contact information (such as name, email address, mobile number, identity proof etc) so that we can stay in touch with our Devotees and authenticate them. This information will also be used to fulfil order and registration requests. To avail online facilities ordered, a Devotee must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as a credit card number and its expiration date). This information will be used for billing purposes, with the help of our facility provider (the service provider which is providing us the payment gateway facilities), and to fill Devotees’ orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the Devotee.

Third Party Advertisers on Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha’s Website:

 

Presently, we do not provide any third-party advertisement on our website. No third-party interference is allowed and hence there is no question of collection of any information by any third party from our website. In future, if we allow advertisement on this website with authorized permission, we will decide on the collection of private information by third party or use of cookies by third party. The necessary information will be mentioned in this place.

Information Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha obtains from Third Parties:

 

Presently website is not collecting Devotee information from third party. Only in case of Payment Gateway, who so ever provides the payment gateway facilities for online transaction, collects very critical information like Credit card or debit card number, Internet banking login details, Expiry date of credit card or debit card, Credit card or debit card holders name, amount deducted from their credit or debit account and any other relevant information which is required for online transaction. This information is collected by payment gateway facility provider and this information along with your contact information is stored with payment gateway facility provider. Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha stores only your contact information and amount you donate or pay for various facilities or products. The payment gateway facility provider sends the transaction number to Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha website on completion of payment procedure along with status of transaction (like success, cancel or error).

On Successful Transaction of Payment:

 

In case of successful transaction of payment for online facilities/donations the Devotee will be given a receipt. The details will also be informed via email and text message on the email id and mobile number provided by Devotee. Devotee needs to use acknowledgement ID for all future references with Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha. It is mandatory for Devotee to produce acknowledgement for availing any facility at Orcha. The amount will be deducted from Devotee’s respective bank and credited in the account of Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha account. The Devotee will get necessary entry in their passbook or bank statement directly from their bank.

On Failure of Transaction of Payment:

 

Devotee can edit/delete facilities from list of selected facilities at any point before making payment. Once Devotee navigates to payment gateway for making payment, entry for same will be stored with us. Devotee enters financial details in payment gateway and none of these details are stored with us. Only the final confirmation provided by payment gateway is stored. Payment for facility will be termed as completed and accepted by Samiti only after realization of amount from bank. Only the facilities for which Samiti receives complete payment are subject to cancellation policies. Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha does not own responsibility of any transactions for which payment is not completed and realized in Samiti’s account from bank.

We send a welcoming email to the email address associated with the account a Devotee has created to verify the Devotee’s password and username. This process is designed to prevent email addresses from being used without permission, in the creation of a Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha account. On any update transaction in Devotee profile, corresponding email will be sent to Devotee. Acknowledgements will also be sent on Devotee’s email address. We send to the Devotee, all website and facility announcement updates. Devotees are not permitted to unsubscribe from such facility announcements, which contain important information about the website and/or facility. From time-to-time our website requests information from Devotees via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and, as such, the Devotee has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level).

Demographic Information:

 

We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners. The aggregated demographic information is not linked to any Personally Identifiable Information that can identify any individual person.

Communicating with Our Devotees:

 

We use Personally Identifiable Information (such as your name, telephone number or email address) to communicate with our Devotees when they have questions, concerns or comments about their accounts or the facilities that we provide. If you contact us, we may or may not delete your emails or voicemails to us.

Information Shared with Third Parties:

 

We do not share your information with third party except that which you provide while making a payment transaction to payment gateway facilities providers.

Payment Gateway to bill Devotees for goods and facilities:

 

These companies do not use Personally Identifiable Information for any use other than financial transaction processing, however, we will not be responsible or liable for use of the information required by these companies in contravention of their policies, contractual obligations or general good business procedures.

Partner with Third Parties who provide facilities to Our Devotees:

 

When the Devotee signs up for or agrees to receive a specific facility provided by the third party, we share the information that is needed for the third party to provide the facilities.

We share your Personally Identifiable Information with other entities that are owned by Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha or that own Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha or have some sort of relationship with Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha.

Addressing Legal Issues:

 

Further, we provide Personally Identifiable Information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Refund Policy

 

Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha accepts donation from devotees for various projects. Samiti also uses the donation for day-to-day administration. Following are the types of donations available for Devotee to donate.

Charitable/Development Donation:

 
  • General Fund:   This fund is utilized for Trust corpus fund.
  • Pushyaa Bhawan Fund:   This fund is utilized for renovation/construction for various project/purposes of Samiti as well as devotees.
  • Pushyaa Sampark Fund: This fund is used for general social or cultural projects including providing assistance for health and sanitation facilities to local area residents of Orcha and surrounding areas, amongst other outreach programmes.
  • Pushyaa Bhog Fund:  This fund is used for providing meals to devotees at concessional rate and free meal to poor and needy people at Pushyaa Bhog at Pushyaa Bhawan at Orcha.
  • Pushyaa Kaushal Vikas Kendra Fund: This fund is used for development and administration of various skill development projects started by Samiti to get better and up to date self-employment facility to local area residents of Orcha and surrounding areas.

Devotee will get the acknowledgement for donated amount. Within 90 days devotee will get a receipt from Samiti upon realization of donated funds.

Note- Online Donations for distribution of Free Pushyaa Bhog bhojan and other Fund categories are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Pushyaa Samvad:

 

Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha has provision to issue Pushyaa Samvad magazine to devotees. Pushyaa Samvad Subscription is an official periodical of Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha which is published bi-monthly and covers various activities of the Samiti as well as articles about the rich spiritual and religious information related to Orcha, to devotees.

Devotee can apply for Pushyaa Samvad magazine subscription by donating through the Pushyaa Samvad Subscription in Online facilities.

The magazine is available in following languages:

  1. Hindi
  2. English

  • Only 1 subscription per language/magazine is allowed.

  • From the date of enrolment, the devotee will receive the next published issue of the magazine.

  • Magazine will be delivered to the address provided at the time of enrolment for that particular subscription.

  • Magazine status will be displayed only after the Pushyaa Samvad subscription is active.

  • Change of profile address will not change the address mentioned for Pushyaa Samvad magazine facility.

  • Any request for change in address for Pushyaa Samvad magazine facility will reflect only after approval from Pushyaa Sewa Samiti.

  • The grace period for the subscription expiration is 2 months.

  • If the devotee does not renew the subscription within the grace period, his/her subscription will be cancelled. In this case devotee is required to re-apply for the subscription.

  • If the devotee changes the address during renewal, the address will not be valid for the previous subscriptions. Only subscriptions valid after the renewal period will be dispatched on the changed address.

  • If the magazine is returned to Samiti more than two times, Samiti has all the rights to temporarily deactivate the subscription. Dispatch of magazine will be resumed only after the devotee communicates to Samiti regarding change of address or availability at same address.

  • If devotee is gifting the subscription to someone, then he/she cannot change the address and also cannot view the delivery status. The person getting the gift can change the address and view the status, once registered through online facilities.

  • A unique devotee number will be issued to the person getting the subscription as a gift and then he/she can register through online facilities.

  • Note- Pushyaa Samvad Magazine facilities are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Pushyaa Mitra Membership:

 

Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha has a facility for the devotees to register as a member. The membership is typically referred to as Pushyaa Mitra Membership.

Devotee can apply for Membership facility by donating through Online facilities.

  • If the devotee does not renew the membership, his/her membership will be deactivated. In this case devotee is required get the membership activated.

  • Change of profile address will not change the address mentioned for Pushyaa Mitra Membership facility.

  • Any request for change in address for Pushyaa Mitra Membership facility will reflect only after approval from Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha.

  • If the devotee does not respond to Samiti’s mail or correspondence on multiple occasions, his/her membership will be deactivated. The membership will be activated again only after the devotee communicates with the Samiti.

  • A unique devotee number will be issued to all Devotees enrolling for Pushyaa Mitra Membership.

  • A person of any caste religion or sex who has completed 18 years of age and agrees with the aims and objects of the Samiti shall be eligible & may be admitted by the Board of Management as Member of the Samiti.

  • Invitations to Members to attend the three Utsav of Orcha viz. Ram Navami, Vivah Panchami and Holi shall be extended by publishing the same in English & Hindi newspapers having wide circulations. Personal invitation shall be extended to Patrons and Life members only but it would be the discretion of the Executive Officer to extend personal invitations to Regular Members.

  • Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha reserves rights to change any of the terms and conditions mentioned above without prior notice.

  • Pushyaa Mitra Membership will not bestow any specific or general rights to the Member, to be a part of the Board of Management of the Samiti or in respect of its proceedings.

  • Note- Patron and Life Membership facilities are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferrable.

General Obligations:

 

You shall access our web site only for lawful purposes and you shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in connection with the use of our web site. This Website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or facilities obtained from this Website. Devotees Must Keep Their Passwords Private:

 

Devotees are required to keep their account passwords confidential and not share this information with others. Security of Devotee accounts will not be responsibility of Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha in case password is not kept confidential by Devotee.

Corrections/Updating Personal Information:

 

Devotees must provide accurate and correct contact information (name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number etc). All further communication from Samiti to Devotees will be on the address provided. In case of incorrect information provided by Devotee, Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha will not be responsible for any failure of communication.

Customer Responsibility:

 

You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions you make using the site and you alone use the “id” and “password” you have created in the site. Pushyaa Sewa Samiti, Orcha will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details for using the facilities available on this site.

Limitation of Liability:

 

We shall not be liable to you save as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions and shall have no other obligations, duties or liabilities whatsoever in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the facility or connection to the web site. For online payment we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank/ payment gateway from time to time.
